We’ll be exploring the journey of spiraling into the depths, and the sacred dark. This cross-quarter time marks the time when our part of PachaMama turns away from Inti, the sun, in order to recalibrate and rest.
This is a an especially good time to gather with our convivium, to meditate, contemplate, sing, and be in silence with a loving group. Enjoy nourishing company, nutritious meals, laughter and compassion-building together!
Arrive mid-day Friday for singing and deep contemplations Friday and Saturday evening, in a wonderful atmosphere of friendship and support.
Sunday’s social brunch and integration will be followed by a group cleaning of our communal spaces, and adjournment by 2pm.

Support for integrating attendance in a group event with us
We typically host anywhere from 15-35 folks for our musical get-togethers. If you have not attended an event with us before, we can provide you with connections to “regulars” and they can walk you through experiencing the healing of group calm and inwardness, and ultimate celebratory convivium, when attending our events. We also have a therapist member of our Sangha who is available for pre- and post-event support. Email us for her contact information.
Roots
We encourage all who are involved in these practices to check into the lineage and background of facilitators, experience levels of facilitators and helpers, and up-to-date commentary from those who have attended their events. We’re happy to answer questions of that nature to help you make sure that we are good fit.
Information Sharing
As always, orientation emails, WTB, and food and lodging information will be available to those who are registered, about a month before the event.
Please avoid speaking of what you’ll be doing, and where, when, and who you will be attending events with when communicating via phone calls, text, email, DMs, and the like with your friends. Gmail, Insta & FB DMs are NOT private. Please keep these events sacred and safe for all of us by showing restraint and care with communications.
Notes on timing with your decision process
You must register before October 28. We are rarely able to give refunds, as it is costly and time-consuming. If there is an emergent situation happening for you, consider requesting a credit toward future events. You must be screened through our admin, and also sign an online document at least one month before attendance. If you have already done this for 2025, you are good to go. However, please update us on any changes in health, psyche, medications, etc.
Health
Please monitor your health carefully leading up to attending events. We often have elders and those who are in delicate dances with health attending. We ask that all attendees take extra steps to stay in good health for 2 weeks prior to the event, by avoiding contagious situations, and stressors to mind and body.
Respecting sensitivities
Please avoid using strong scents (even organic oils) such as perfumes and Agua Florida water cologne when here at our venue. Please wash all clothing that you will be using in unscented laundry detergent with white vinegar if you have previously used perfumed laundry detergent on your clothing. Avoid scented soaps and shampoos. We will be in a heightened state of sensitivity during our time together. (Many folks attending have chemical sensitivities, and chemical scents can cause illness, migraines, and breathing issues for those who cannot tolerate these substances.)
Gratitude
Thank you for your kind consideration regarding this information! We look forward to being with you in the luminous atmosphere of the supreme divine presences of the plants and songs.
